NEW CUSTOMERS
The sale of our products is strictly limited and is to be sold only to pre-authorized retailers. Interested retailers must complete a New Customer Information form which we will use to confirm certain public information about your business. Once this information is confirmed we will contact you to walk you through your first order and provide you with an optional password that will enable quick and effortless reorders. We strive for excellent customer service and encourage you to give us a call anytime and we’ll be more than happy to answer any questions or help in any way.
UNDERAGE SALE IS PROHIBITED
The sale or resale of any Green Ocean Trading Company, LLC (“GOTC”) product to anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
All visitors to this website represent that they are at least 21 years of age. Anyone under the age of 21 is not authorized to view this website or provide any personal information, and GOTC will never intentionally collect such personal information from anyone who is suspected as being younger than 21 years of age. Proper supervision of minors and those under 21 years of age is beyond the control and responsibility of GOTC, therefore parents of minor children and those under 21 must use their best judgement to approve and promote web content that is appropriate.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING COSTS & METHOD OF DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped via UPS ground OR USPS. Shipping rates are estimated as follows however actual shipping carrier and costs may change without notice. Actual shipping charges and tracking details will be confirmed at the time that your order is authorized.
Florida residents add 6% sales tax. Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of Florida.

No orders will be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or anywhere outside of the USA.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options are not available.
RETURNS
Returned orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee unless merchandise is delivered in damaged condition.
Merchandise damaged during shipping will be replaced at our expense. If damage is noticed you must file a claim with the carrier at the time of the delivery. You must also contact us within three days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that will be used for the return and proper handling of the damaged portion of your order.
Once an RMA is provided GOTC must receive the damaged merchandise as it was delivered, sealed, unused, and in the original packaging within 14 days. Once received GOTC will promptly expedite replacement of the returned merchandise at no additional cost to you.

You may update or change your personal information online anytime you log into your account. Personal information cannot be changed by telephone.
