Returned orders will be charged a 25% restocking fee unless merchandise is delivered in damaged condition.

Merchandise damaged during shipping will be replaced at our expense. If damage is noticed you must file a claim with the carrier at the time of the delivery. You must also contact us within three days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that will be used for the return and proper handling of the damaged portion of your order.

Once an RMA is provided GOTC must receive the damaged merchandise as it was delivered, sealed, unused, and in the original packaging within 14 days. Once received GOTC will promptly expedite replacement of the returned merchandise at no additional cost to you.
